no-bake blueberry cheesecake

Ingredients:
1 box of McVitie's digestive biscuits
12 pieces of Kiri cheese cubes
4 sachets of DreamWhip
4 tablespoons of softened butter
2 plain Gelatin folds
1 cup of fresh milk
1 can of blueberry topping
Procedure:
Step one: mix the digestive biscuits together to form the crust layer of the cheesecake. You can do that either through a machine to break them into tiny pieces or with your hands. When that is done add to it the 4 tablespoons of butter and mix together to stick. Once the crust is ready, spread it into the cake pan and refrigerate it till the second half of the layer is done.
Step two: mix the four sachets of dream whip and the milk together in an electronic mixer. Once its mixed together, slowly add the 12 pieces of Kiri one by one. Mix all of together with in the mixer until you realise that it is mixed properly. It take about 10mins to do that.
Step three: as for the gelatin, put the two folds on a semi deep bowl and pour 1/4 cup of hot water in it until the gelatin melts and becomes really sticky. Cover to add later on the cheese mixture.
Step four: once the mixture is mixed properly, add the gelatin slowly to it and mix it using a spatula with your hands.
Step five: remove the cake pan from the fridge and add to it the cheese mixture and refrigerate it for 6 hours. One the cake is taken out of the fridge, spread the blueberry topping on it to serve.
Voila!
Bon appétit and enjoy the yummy cheesecake!

A newly found treasure of tres tres chic accessories line found by two sisters, Maia N. An introduction of their unique concept is experted below from ther website.
"Maya Nakhle burst onto the scene in 2002 with her luxury accessory brand Maïa N. The Lebanese/Polish designer founded the label with her sister Joanna, focusing mainly on luxury handbags after her graduation from Central St. Martins and Chambre Syndicale de la Couture in Paris. With a degree in gemology, Joanna adorns each unique creation with semi-precious stones creating one of a kind pieces."
I personally luuv their style its very unique! but unfortunately you cant indulge yourself and find their pieces here in Abu Dhabi. The good news is you can find them in Dubai, Boutique 1 but not always. I hope that they will open their own unique store here with their full collection displayed.
